There Is No Mind Body Split. It’s All Perspective! #3 – 50 Things That Help Me Heal (video)

There is no mind body split. Because our mind is our body. Our body is our spirit in form.
There is no mind over body. They are all different expressions or perspectives of just one thing: your BEING!
They are the way you see aspects of yourself. Take a look at your spiritual landscape, your mental state.
They are a mysterious interplay of expressing a limitless and ever changing essence. For realz. Your brain is literally part of your body.
This means that repeated IMPACT (trauma, injury, etc.) on ANY aspect of your self (physical, emotional, spiritual) will impact the shape and landscape of all the others, because they are NOT separate. (In the video there is a visual of this.) For example, physical damage will change your physical landscape, which will inadvertently also change the landscape of your mind. The appearance of that impact will vary, and I stand by the notion that you’ll find impact across the board.
The cool other side of this is that HEALING works the same way: You heal the emotional landscape and the spiritual and physical landscape changes as well. All of YOU changes when YOU change.
You are one thing! Different perspectives of one thing.
The base concept that there is no split to begin with was passed to me from Robert M. Kest, Ph.D., while getting my BA in Health Arts & Sciences at Goddard College.
