A cathedral filled with people resting on the floor during a sound bath, crystal bowls and gongs glowing at the front

Sound Journey

The medicine, in person.

Every week in Baltimore, I help hold a room where sound, touch, and stillness do the work — a live acupuncture sound bath, open to everyone. This is where the practice becomes something you can feel in your body.

Weekly in Baltimore · Donation-based · All are welcome

What happens in the room

You come, you lie down, and you're held by sound.

It's called a Reiki Acupuncture Sound Bath. You come, you lie down, and you're held by sound — crystal and Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, flute, and voice. Reiki practitioners offer light, gentle touch. Acupuncturists offer a simple ear protocol if you'd like it. We open together with a short guided meditation, and then you rest while we build a healing soundscape around you.

You don't have to do anything but receive. Walk-ins are welcome, and no one is ever turned away for lack of funds.

The room is where the change happens.

Harmony Works

A nonprofit I co-direct — sound as healthcare, for everyone.

I co-direct Harmony Works with Nicholas Tomaskovic-Devey — a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Baltimore, founded in 2021. We believe we're the founders of the Acupuncture Sound Bath, and we've refined it together every week since the beginning. The mission is plain: holistic, vibrational healthcare that's affordable, accessible, and effective. Every gathering is donation-based, no one is turned away, and every donation is tax-deductible.

Bring a private event

Hold a session for your people.

Nicholas and I bring the sound bath — and the whole vibrational-medicine practice — to private gatherings, workplaces, retreats, and organizations. If you'd like to hold a session for your people, we'd love to.

Or write to connect@sophiawiseone.com. Looking for Sophia on a stage instead? That lives on Keynotes & Speaking.

If you're near Baltimore, come sit in the room. If you're not, Harmony Works tours and holds special events too — and the rest of the practice travels with you, here on the site.

Be blessed, and know you are a blessing.
