Some thresholds ask more of us than can happen in an afternoon, a retreat, or a weekly call. They ask for enough time that your nervous system can settle, your life can catch up, and the next way of being has room to arrive. That's what a residency is for.
A residency is a multi-day container built around one person or a couple. No two residencies are the same — each is shaped around what you're moving through. It weaves live ceremonial work, nervous-system regulation, integration support, and — when it serves — the care of Sophia's extended practitioner network, including specialized work in the nervous system, the pelvic floor, sound, and lineage repair.
It's held in person, over days, with time built in for what surfaces to settle. The work continues past the in-person days — a residency includes an integration arc that carries you after you go home.

Residencies are private engagements, by inquiry — each individually designed, so the investment varies with the shape of the work. Tell us what's calling you; inquiries are read personally and answered within about five business days.
