I am not actually crazy – #7 of 50 Things That Help Me Heal (video)

WHO KNEW! I’m not the crazy one. Turns out I’m an empath and sensitive and deeply sane.

Popular U.S. culture and a lot of the globalized world functions in a homicidal, suicidal way, destroying our resources faster than we can keep track. That — that is insanity.

The idea I get upset by things that are emotionally disturbing is way less crazy than the way popular culture runs Everything.

Eckhart Tolle talks about this concept in The Power of Now. He describes it as the majority of people being under the same delusion so they think it’s sane. It’s not. It’s not sane, it’s insane.

I am not actually crazy.

There’s a good chance that the world is the crazy one and if you’re upset about something you are probably the sane one.
