Devotion to the Frequency was born out of my own need to come home to the frequency I'm here to carry.

Like most of us, I kept abandoning that knowing for the picture of how I thought life should look.

What it actually is

Less a practice you visit. More a place you live.

You notice the frequency.
You return to it.
You learn to trust it.
Eventually it becomes the place you live from.

You become the temple.

A temple does not seek.

It emanates.

The point isn't to have beautiful mornings. It's to become someone who can't be talked out of the life you came to live.

Across forty days you build a trustworthy relationship with your guides, and return authority to your truest self — devotion to the frequency, not the picture. You tend the source, your own resonance, and what is coherent emanates of itself.

These transmissions were received in a previous live season and continue to serve exactly as they were given. Each year, I gather a new circle to walk them together — because the teachings stay the same, and we do not.

Who this is for

For the middle of a becoming.

Something in you has already turned. You're not who you were, and you're not yet all the way into who you're becoming — and you can feel both at once. This is for the middle of that.

You've already said yes to a becoming. The old shape is loosening, and you're in the tender, potent in-between where the new one hasn't fully set.

A real morning, forty times.

You wake up. Before the day begins asking things of you, you spend thirty minutes returning to the frequency you most want to live from. One transmission. One practice. Then you go live your day — and tomorrow, you do it again. Forty days of that daily return is the whole practice.

Before you begin
